Michelle C. Crocker, DMD
Dentist

About Dr. Crocker
Dr. Crocker is a native Oregonian who was born and raised in Portland. She received her undergraduate degree from Pepperdine University in 1999 and earned her dental degree from Oregon Health and Science University in 2004. Dr. Crocker worked as an associate dentist for several years in both a general and pediatric practice. In 2010, Dr. Crocker joined 360 Dentistry as both a dentist and practice owner.

Dr. Crocker highly values continuing education and is dedicated to continually improving her clinical skills. She is a member of two dental study clubs: one focusing on dental implants and one focusing on providing high quality comprehensive care. She regularly attends dental education courses and has spent over 500 hours furthering her dental education. Dr. Crocker has been honored as one of the Portland area's top dentists in Portland Monthly Magazine in 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011.

Outside of general practice, Dr. Crocker is a volunteer dentist for Medical Teams International and serves on the Alumni Association Board of OHSU. Dr. Crocker also maintains active membership in the Washington County Dental Association, Oregon Dental Association, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and International Team of Implantology.

Kevin Kwiecien, DMD
Dentist

About Dr. Kwiecien
Dr. Kwiecien completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Nevada, graduating from Oregon Health Sciences University School of Dentistry in 1995. He owned and operated a dental practice in his hometown of Reno, Nevada until 1999 when he and his family relocated to Portland. In January 2001, Dr. Kwiecien acquired Dr. Donald Stoffer's dental practice.

Dr. Kwiecien is an active member in good standing with The Pankey Institute, the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), the American Dental Association (ADA), the Oregon Dental Association (ODA) and the Washington County Dental Society. Dr. Kwiecien dedicates a great deal of his time each year to continuing education, and is currently working on achieving fellowship status with the AGD.

He and his wife Marni, a physician with Women’s Healthcare Associates, have two children, Kaetllin and Braedon. The Drs. Kwiecien anticipate many years of providing high quality health care to the community.

Michele Caudle, RDH Registered Dental Hygienist My career experience spans over 10 years, graduating in 1995 from Mt Hood Community College from the Dental Hygiene program. I have enjoyed working at 360 Dentistry for many reasons. Most important, I respect the practice as we have a high standard of care. Through this care we are committed to having a professional as well as personal relationship with our patients.

Rebecca Mueller Dental Assistant I grew up in Oregon, and am now raising my family here. I’ve been dental assisting for over four years. After receiving my Associates degree from a small school in Idaho, my family dentist gave me the opportunity to learn to dental assist, and I really enjoyed it! I was trained on the job and received my x-ray certification at OHSU. After three years, I came to 360 Dentistry and have been with Dr. Kwiecien for over a year. I truly appreciate all of the care and concern that he shows to the patients and staff. I feel so lucky to spend my work days with such a happy group of people.
